1:1 Coaching Arc · 4 Months

Sacred & Sovereign

I know you’ve worked so hard to name your patterns.
Because you want to change them.
Maybe you’ve even been guilty of being called an intellectualizer...
But you’re here because you want to stop the pattern, and that’s something you have not been able to figure out yet — not for lack of trying.

Have you considered that trying harder is part of the loop?

I’m here to help you end the quiet shame of finding yourself, again, in the same place you started. The one that sounds like: I lead this. Why can’t I live it?

Something is stuck that doesn’t live only in your head. It lives in your body. In the places that don’t respond to cognitive analysis, no matter how precise.

You hold real weight in the world. A project that matters, a role that asks everything, people who depend on you to show up. And underneath all of that, there’s a version of you who has been waiting. Not for more awareness. For someone to finally get past the part of you that knows everything and reach the part that hasn’t moved.

That’s what Sacred & Sovereign is for.

This is a 4- month 1:1 coaching arc for people doing work that matters — in organizations, communities, families, and unique paths to serve our collective (and the Mystery).

For those who are ready to stop strategizing their way through the stuck places and start working with what their body and unconscious already knows. The people who find their way here are usually holding a lot — movement work, organizational pressure, family systems, spiritual community.

You hold a particular weight of being someone who cares deeply about how people are treated, while being shaped by the same dynamics you’re trying to change. That contradiction lives somewhere in you. This work finds it.

I felt like I had hit a limit with the versions of coaching or, psychology or psychiatry or kind of self help support kind of groups or peoples and other things that had been appealing to me because I like to stay in my head. I really was starting to understand how much of what I was working on was stuck in my physical being.

The biggest difference that I’ve noticed since we first started working together is the space between. The amount of space between. For somebody such as myself, who operates at such a rapid clip, it’s very hard for me to craft that space between.

This program is for you if…

  • You’ve known for a while that something is in the way. You can feel it. You’ve just been waiting to want it badly enough, or figure it out on your own, or find the right moment to finally address it — or the right support partner to address it with.

  • You’re building something that matters from inside systems that weren’t designed for what you’re trying to do. A social impact organization, a corporate role you’re trying to change from within, a business with a bigger vision than the bottom line, a family system that you’re ready to break the cycles of, an industry dominated by bodies and personalities that doesn’t look like your own.

  • You carry both the weight of the work and the friction of doing it somewhere that doesn’t always make it easy.

  • You’re carrying pressure in the world — in your organization, your community, your family, your practice. You’re motivated by genuine love for the people and the work. But the pressure isn’t lifting. If anything, it’s getting louder.

  • Your outer life looks like it’s working. In fact, being praised for your competence and capacity may be part of the reason you have avoided getting some help. The role is real, the relationships are there, the project matters. But your inner experience and your outer reality have stopped matching up, and you’re not willing to keep pretending otherwise.

  • You want to make a change, but the change feels scary when what you’ve built is holding together so much — often for more people than just you. So you stay busy, and then feel ashamed of staying busy, and then ashamed of the shame.

  • The cost of the work is about to break you and you need a space to say the real true thing and figure out what to do with it. This is your space.

This work won’t give you a new personality or a better strategy.

It will give you back something that was always yours

Imagine waking up and noticing that the voice that used to follow you around cataloguing everything you got wrong has gotten quieter. Not because you silenced it, but because you finally understood where it came from and it lost some of its power over you.

Imagine saying the thing you’ve never said out loud to another person. Not in your journal, not in your head at 2am — out loud, to someone who is actually interested in what that’s like for you. And feeling, maybe for the first time, what it’s like to be fully witnessed without being fixed or managed or redirected.

Imagine reconnecting with the part of you that has been waiting. The one who has been excited and clear and visionary for years, quietly keeping the fire going while the rest of you kept the lights on. The one who actually knows what she wants.

After our time together, you can expect to:

  • Stop overriding yourself in the moments that cost the most — the hard conversation, the board meeting, the conflict you’ve been circling for months.

  • Put down the internal negotiation that’s been running in the background of your life. The one that’s exhausting even when nothing is visibly wrong.

  • Move through activation without losing yourself. Feel the charge and stay present instead of appeasing, spiraling, or going somewhere else.

  • Stop needing to earn your own authority. The inner knowing that’s been there all along finally has room to speak without you talking it out of itself.

  • Bring more of yourself into rooms that used to require you to leave parts behind.

  • Create a tactical and approachable path to your deepest dreams and aspirations.

Before somatic coaching, I didn’t realize how often I was just waiting for things to end. Now I can really feel that in my body — it’s very loud, instead of just a background thing. I’m able to breathe through it and open up those spaces, very consciously, the whole time.
That feels like a big shift.
